Počeo je karijeru frizera u 25. godini života.
1999 je postao senior stilist čime je izgradio svoj sopstveni stil šišanja. 2002. godine se udružio sa Nicky Edgeley i otvorili su Strangeways hair salon u Leigh.
Postaje popularan nakon što je 2002. godine radio David Beckam-ovu frizuru za GQ fotoshooting prije svijetskog prvenstva. čime je osvojio ‘image of the year award 2002′ Adee-eve kreacije su kitile naslovnice velikih časopisa, i pojavljivao se na Channel 4′s uspješnoj seriji ‘The Salon’
Nastupi na televiziji poslije Channel 4′s “The Salon” su: “I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here!”, “The Weakest Link”, “Soccer AM”, “Match of the Day”, te razni dokumentarci o David Beckham-u, “The Late Late Show” te ITV’s “Celebrity Stitch Up” itd. Adee-evi klijenti su: Liza Minnelle, David Beckham, Sarah Harding, Andriy Suevcuenko, Sophie Anderton, Natasha Hamilton, Fran Cosgrove, Callum Best, Lee Sharpe, Nicole Appleton, Natalie Appleton, Max Beesley, Peirs Morgan, Kerry Katona, Brian Harvey, Fifi Geldoff with clients at Bloww including the members of Girls Aloud, Elizabeth Jagger, Rosamund Pike, Rick Parfitt, Kevin Peterson and Erin O’Conner
